Climate Conditions

As for Becco Rosso and Terre al Sole, because of heavy spring rains, we had a delay in the maturation of the grapes, which brought the beginning of the harvest after 10 October.

Winemaking Process

Once the grapes arrived in the cellar they have been stemmed and softly crushed. The contact with the skins for this wine was three days for the Grasparossa and for about 10 days for the Ancellotta. The bottle aging lasted about 3 months after 60 days fermentation.
