The harvest of 2014 has been one of the most problematic in recent years because of heavy rains throughout the summer. Having waited warmer, sunnier days after mid-September we managed to get grapes with a good balance between acidity and aromatic richness.
Following a hand harvest we selected the best grapes and soft pressed them then stored them in thermal containers packed up for the second fermentation, which will be phased according to market needs.
Perfect with starters, vegetable soups and fish or white meats dishes.
