The Marolo family is certainly among the most important distillers in Italy, their history and tradition has always led them to seek the highest quality in the distillation.

It is for this reason that we have decided to share a common project, where the pomace of our best, still humid Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes are distilled within 48 hours to select only the heart of the distillation, removing the heads and tails for distillation.

Subsequently, the grappa is left to age in barrels of different sizes which were previously used to age balsamic vinegar of Modena for several years.

Hence the union of two families who have combined their experience and their territories to create a unique product in its kind.
