Climate Conditions

This vintage was marked by rainy weather throughout the spring and by a warm summer during the months of July and August, with rich variations in temperature between day and night. The harvest began the last week of September.

Winemaking Process

The grapes arrive at the winery and, after a careful selection were de-stemmed and softly crushed. Even for this wine contact with the skins is only done for a few hours. The must was immediately brought to 0 ° to stop the fermentation. In January, at the beginning of the vintage, we began the Charmant process starting from the must, thereby maintaining its rich aroma.
