Purple-ruby. Aromas of black cherry and violet; uncommonly perfumed for
a wine made with Lambrusco Grasparossa. Dense, but juicy, with a tactile
mouthfeel (this instead quite typical of the tannic Grasparossa variety),
and plenty of luscious bright dark fruit and licorice flavors. Finishes long
and creamy. Outstanding Lambrusco Grasparossa that manages to
overcome the variety’s inherent tannic power allowing the ripe fruit to
shine through.
