Inky-ruby with a strong purple froth. Aromas and flavors of black cherry,
blueberry and candied violet. Enters tactile and almost tough, then
smoothens out with aeration. More precise and dense than the rounder
entry-level Lambrusco Grasparossa. Made by secondary fermentation in
the bottle and resting six months on the lees; the grapes are picked in
older hillside vineyards that are the estate’s best. This Lambrusco
Grasparossa will actually keep well for a few years.
