Gendinella is the expression of a single vineyard, from which we are looking for an elegant, mineral and long-lived wine.

The Grechetto Gentile grapes are harvested the first week in boxes of 30 kilos.

They are then transferred in whole bunches to the press where we obtain a 50% free-run must.

Finally, the must is placed in thermo-conditioned tanks for alcoholic fermentation.

The Gendinella originates from the same toponym facing north west.

Vineyard over 40 years old due to the characteristic of the soils rich in silt and clay and the cooler exposure, the grapes ripen more slowly.

Gendinella is a wine suitable to be tasted in combination with fish dishes and white meats.
